INDIAN RAILWAYS
BIRMINGHAM FIRM SECURES BIG CONTRACT. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. LONDON. July 11. Messrs Guest, Keen and Nettlefold’s, Birmingham, have secured a contract to supply the Indian railways with 13,500 tons of steel nails at £lO 2s 6d per ton, which is 15 per cent, below tho Belgian, and Sf per cent, above the German quotations.
