Sir Robert Stout, Chief Justice, directing that a writ .of mandamus be issued to Ernest Cargill Outten, George' Bruce" Dali and Raymond Brampton Reynolds, ordering them, as the Poet and Telegraph Appeal Board, nnder the Postal and Telegraph Act, 1918, to hear and determine an appeal by Percy Reginald Sutherland to them against, the salary allotted him for the year ended March 31st, 1921, on the grounds that such judgment is erroneous in fact and law.
