JAPANESE IN SIBERIA
SOVIET ENTERS A PROTEST. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. HELSINGFORS, June 0. General, Kumara, commanding the Japanese troops at Vladivostok, in a statement said that owing to the recent developments in Siberia he had been forced to occupy strategic Siberian towns.. The Soviet has sent a protest to Britain and France declaring that the Allies are morally responsible.
