JUDGMENT FOR DEFENDANTS. Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, June IQ. Mir Justice Herdman gave judgment in a claim by the Haines Steamship Company. England, owners of the steamer Trewellard, against'the Lyttelton Harbour Boa/rd on.account of damages to tho steamer in collision with the board’s tug in Lvttelton harbour on February 3rd.
