THREE YEARS’ PROBATION. rsn rmv « »«.■>«*; ici MASTERTON, June 9. Frederick James Benge was charged st the Magistrate’s Court to-day with the theft of money belonging to his employer, J. Pomeroy, grocer, the sums being £lO 10s ( 3d, £5, and 11s 2d. Accused was sentenced ‘to probation for three years, and ordered to pay the money misappropriated within twelve months.
