SCENES OF DISORDER IN RANGOON. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. (Received May 11, 8 p.m.) DELHI, May 10. Non-co-operators are active in Rangoon. A turbulent mob stoned the ponce. The leader was arrested. Thereupon a hartal was declared. Shops were forcibly closed and vehicles were prevented from plying. The magistrate prohibited public meetings.
