LOWER KUTT COURT
CASES HEARD YESTERDAY. A MISCELLANEOUS LIST. Before Mr F. K. Hunt, S.M., at Lower Hutt yesterday, Edward Twoomey. on a charge of using indecent language while Intoxicated, was fined 295, and costs 7s, and the issue of a prohibition order against him was ordered. Yek Young, a Chinaman, for celling cigarettes to a boy under age, was ordered to pay 90s, and 7s costs. The charges against C. Robinson.. fox failing to deliver his ticket ae required try the railway by-laws - and of using obscene language were dismissed. For failing to attend parades, T. P. Cleary wag fined 10s, and 7s costs; I*. A. Mason, 10s, and costs 7s; R. Lusty. 20s, and costs 7s; P. Wagg. 255. and costs. * Christian Luderig Jensen, convicted of exposing sheep affected with lice for sale in a public saleyard, was ordered to pay 10s, and 7s costs- William Tompsitt, for a similar offence, -was fined 20s, and 7a costs. For exceeding the speed limit, H. T. Gillies waa fined 40s, and costs 29a; Sidney Cave, 20s, and oosts 20s; A. H. Connell, 20s, and, costs 20e; J. Prockter, 20s. and oosts; it. R. Peart, 20s end costs. J. Brown, convicted of failing to comply with a maintenance order, was ordered to pay 10s, and oosts 7s. On a charge of treepassing on the land of Mohr Rarena, Tura Enoka was ordered to pay 10s and costs. An order for possession of a house at present occupied by J. V. Dyke was granted Peo Peno.
