SELLING SECRETS
RUSSIAN ARRESTED IN FRANCE. Australian and N.Z. Cable A association. ' PARIS, April 5. Kosvemuz, the Russian manager of a dump-destroying firm at Boulogne, has been arrested and accused of supplying French defence secrets to Germany and Russia since the Armistice.
