I Constable. Peter Alunro, who established the new Australasian record for putting the shot- at the liasin Reserve on Saturday, is attached to the Wellington waterfront police. He is a native of Scotland, and when he joined the police force at Clydebank he was only seventeen years of age, being probably the youngest constable in the world.
