WELLINGTON SOUTH CLUB
The annual general meeting of the above club was held last week, Mr C. Adams, club captain, presiding. The report showed that the pa6t year had rather strenuous owing to the number of matches mem f bere took part in, but nevertheless was full of interest from the beginning until the close of the seaaon. A feature of the season’s sliooting was the performance of A. L. Caldwell, who won the club championship with the fine average of 69.9, out of a possible of 70, over a series of 12 shoots. The election of officers for the .ensuing year wae as follows: President, J. P. Firth, Esq. (re-elected); vice-presidents, Messrs F. M. Renner, H. F. von Haast, C. H. Osmond, J. F. Mills H. Forrest, C. M. Bay, J. F. Perry. W. Blundell; secretary, Mr T\ B. Goldfinch; treasurer. Mr P. W. Congreve; club captain, and hamdioapper Mr C. Adams; vice-captain, .Mr F. JO. Franklyn; auditor. Mr J. Henderson; delegate to W.M.R.A., Mr 0. Adams; committee. Messrs S. Ree», 8. Scott, W. Fett©6, D. Dement, J. McNie.
