A messenger from Kronstadt has arrived in Finland and is endeavouring to obtain immediate , supplies. Petrograd is threatened with famine. There is an atmosphere of general distrust and a fear that supplies from the provinces will not reach tho starving population. Moscow claims that two forts at Kronstadt were destroyed by fire from Petrograd.
