LADIES’ AUXILIARY MEETING. The usual monthly meeting of the Ladies’ Auxiliary of the Wellington Boys' Institute and S. A. Rhodes Home for Boys was held at the Institute Buildings, Tasman street, yesterday (afternoon. There were presentMesdaines Moorhouse (hon. president). in the chair, Bell. Christie, Cotton, Meier, Troup, McKerrow, Watkins, Campbell, Mouatt, and Parton (hon. secretary), and Misses MeLeod and Gilchrist. Apologies for absence were received from Mesdames McGowan, Dislop, Moore, and Rose. The following ladies were elected a visiting committee for the ensuing month :—Mesdames Moorhouse, Cotton, and Christie. It was announced that the entertainment given by the “Brightlights” entertainers recently resulted in a handsome addition to the funds of the auxiliary.
