Notice of discontinuance has been served on the defendants in the case in which Peter Mora, clerk to the \Vaitomo Countv Council, claimed £4OOO damages from the proprietor of the “King Country Chronicle (J. E. Ham in) for publishing comments regarding the purchase by Mora of a county farm. The withdrawal .of the action by the plaintiff is unconditional.
