CHARGE FOR VISING AT HONOLULU. By Telegraph— Press Assn.—Copyright SYDNEY, March 14. Senator Poynton is in receipt of a communication from the United States explaining that the charge of ten dollars for vising passports of visitors to Honolulu and Manila was fixed by law, and Australians and New Zealanders could not be exempted without a similar exemption to nationals of other countries.
