(By the Government Meteorologist.') Present indications (4 p.m. yesterday) are for southerly breezes, veering to westerlies and northerlies, and the increasing. Weather fair generally, but skies clouding over shortly, and a change following, especially in districts with a westerly aspect. Barometer fall in the south soon.
