RECEIVES D.C.L. DEGREE AT OXFORD. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association, (Received March 12, 5.5 p.m.) LONDON. March 11. The Queen r isited the Oxford University and received the D.C.L. degree. Tms is the first conferred on a womar in the history of the university.
