ARMY ESTIMATES SUBSTANTIALLY REDUCED.

' The Army Estimates for 1921-22 show a net amount of £106,315,000 compared with £164,750,000 for the previous year. The sum of £28,500 is required for Mesopotamia and Palestine. The establishment of the Army will be 341,000 compared with 625,000 m 192021. It is expected thaff the total will be reduced during the financial year to about 235,000.
