March 22nd, to Alonday, i Alarch 28th, as under: — From any station to any station on the North Island Alain lane and Branches From any station to any station on the South Island Alain Line and Branches. Krum any officered station on the North Island Alain Line and Branches to any officered station on the South Island Main Line and Branches, or vice versa. The journey may be broken at any station where the train is timed to stop after travelling 50 miles from the original starting station, provided the specified time for which the tickets are available is not exceeded. EXPRESS TRAINS.—WELLINGTONAUCKLAND. Prom March 22nd to April 2nd, inclusive, extra express trains will run between Wellington and Auckland, as under:— FOR AUCKLAND.—Wellington dep. 2.0 p.m., Auckland arrive 7.50 a. in. following day. This train will leave Wellington on .Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesday.-., Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, but not on Sundays. Un the days on which .this train runs, tlia ordinary 12-45 ,p.m. Wellington-Auck-land express train will take passengers from Wellington only for Taihape and stepping stations beyond Taihape, and wiJ not take up .passengers at any stopping station between Palmerston North and Alereer (both inclusive). FOR WELLINGTON.—AuckIand dep. 7.10 p.m., Wellington (Thorndon) arr. 1.50 p.m. following day. This tram mil leave Auckland on Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, but not on Saturdays. Also leaves Auckland on Sunday, April 3rd. On the days on which this train, nuns the ordinary 7.10 p.m. Auekland-Wel-lington express train will take passenger* from Auckland only for Waimarino, Taihape, and stopping stations beyond Taihape, and will not take up passengers at any stopping station between Alereer and Palmerston North (both inclusive) except for and from • Waimarino. The extra express trains will make the usual stops of the ordinary express trains, and. in addition, will stop at Waimarino and! Owhango for passenger* if required. WELLINGTGN-WANGANUI RELIEF MAIL TRAIN. Relief Mail trains will run between Wellington and Wanganui from March 24th to 30th, inclusive (except Sunday). (For details see later issue). W.ELLINGTON-NAPIBR RELIEF MAIL TRAIN. A relief Mail train for Napier will run from Wellington from March 24th to 30th, inclusive, except Sundaj. NAPIER-PALMERSTON NORTH RELIEF AIAIL TRAINS. Relief Mail trains will run between Napier and Palmerston North from Alarch 24th to 30th, inclusive, except Sunday. MASTEiRTON RACES AT OPAKI, MARCH 19th Holiday excursion tickets, available for return until March 21st, 1921, will be obtainable on March 19th as under (except where ordinary fares are less). To Masterton —From Woodville, Hukanui and intermediate stations. To Opaki—From AVellington, Featherston and intermediate stations. These tickets will be issued only by the trains leaving Woodville at 6.5 a.m.. Wellington (Lamhton) at 7.50 a.m., anil Cross Creek at 7.45 a.m. and 10.8 a.m. The tickets to Masterton will be available for break of journey at Opaki Racecourse only; those for Opaki at Masterton only. On Alarch 19t.h a special passenger train will leave Masterton at 11.20 a.m. and arrive Opaki Racecourse 11.29 a.m. Passengers from Masterton must travel by this train. They wii) not be permitted .to travel by the train leaving Masterton for Woodville at 11.37 a.m. RETURN TRAINS will leave Opaki Racecourse at 5.22 and 5-35 P-m.., Alastertoni arrive 5.30 and 5.44 P-m. " The train which usually leaves Ala si terton for Woodville at 5,31 p.m. will leave 5.45 p.m., Opaki Racecourse at 5.58 p.m. Tile 2.25 p.m. train from Woodville to Wellington will leave Opaki Racecourse at 5.22 p.m. This train will haye care attached from Cross Creek to Wellington, and will stop where required to set down passengers. AH trains, including the 7.50 a.m. Wellington-Woodville, and 12.58 p.m. Woodville-Wellington trains will, if required. stop opposite Opaki Racecourse for passengers. 186 BY ORDER.
