Colonel Harvey is editor of “Harvey’s Weekly,” and the former editor of the “New, York World” and “Harper’s Weekly.” Ho became a Democrat in order to support Mr Wilson for President, stoutly upholding; him till the League issue arose, ana then he bitterly attacked Mr-Wilson, ’ - I —-- again.
