DECISIONS BY LONDON CONFERENCE. Australian and ‘N’ 7. Osthi* AMoMaiion. LONDON, March 9. The Customs Conference has agreed upon a form of certificate of origin and invoice values, subject to reference to the Dominions, and has also recommended extension of the Commonwealth Customs representation now existing in Britain and America to France, Italy, and possibly Switzerland.
