EMPIRE ASSOCIATION DELE GATES. Australian and N.Z “nt'e Association. LONDON, March 8. Plans for a delegation from the Empire Parliamentary Association to visit India in November are being finalised. Ten British, six Australian, four New Zealand, five South African, one Newfoundland, and six Canadians are to be chosen.
