A national tribute to ex-President Wileon is proposed by a number of his prominent admirers, the idea originating with women who worked in the campaign to gain support for the League, The tribute will probably take the form of a 500,000 dollar fund contributed in email amounts, the interest of whioh will be given as a reward to one who during tbe year has done the greatest service to humanity. The nature of the service will be defined by President Wilson, who expressed himself deeply appreciative of the honour.
