PENALTY FOR FORGERY. PER FRSSB ASSOCIATION. DUNEDIN, March 10. At ’the Supreme Win. Scholes, who pleaded guilty in the Lower Court to forgery and false pretences, came up for sentence. The accused had also pleaded guilty to forgery and uttering at Invercargill under the name of liam Iveson. He was sentenced to five years’ imprisonment and declared an habitual criminal. __
