JAPANESE AIR FLEET
SENSATIONAL REPORT FROM PARIS. Renter's Telegram. ( (Received March 1, 5.5 p.m.) NEW YORK, February 28. A Philadelphia newspaper publishes a sensational Paris cable that Japan is having constructed in Europe a great fleet of -war aeroplanes, and some hundreds of machines of special construction enabling them- to rise easily from the deck of a battleship have been purchased from France. French airmen have been approached to proceed to Japan.
