At a meeting of the committee in connection with the Otaki Amateur AthletiQ Qtub there was a splendid attendance, Mr J. P. Brandon occupied the chair. 4 programme was drawn up, and will be submitted? to the Wellington Centre for approval. It was decided that local events embrace the district from Paekakariki to Jevin. It was agreed that tho colours of the club be green and white, that the sports be held on the domain. It was also decided to hold a dance. Officers for the sports gathering, were elected as follow :—Starter, Mr Q. Noblej assistant, Mr L, Hansby; handicapptnw, Mgasrs MAyre and A. C. Kitto; judges, Messrs SimooT nnd Podirinj chairman, Mr W. H. Reynolds. „
