THE WORST PASSED
SOUTH WALES COAL DEPRESSION. Australian and N-Z- Cable Association. LONDON, January 28. Experts believe that the worst of the depression in South Wales coal has passed. Export prices have fallen from 110 s to 55s per ton, and are regarded as having touched the lowest price. Confidence is now increasing with the arrival of orders.
