STEAMERS SOLD

MARATHON AND MELTIADES. The sale is reported of the Aberdeen liners Marathon and Miltiades. Both these vessels been engaged in the Aberdeen Company’s service Between the United Kingdom and Australia for many years, and have become well known m Sydney. The Aberdeen lino is now having constructed two neuvvessels, the Sophocles and Diogenes, and they will, it is understood, take th<# place of the Marathon and Miltiades.
