Coates met with fatal injuries, John Barras, a motor meohanic, appeared in the Magistrate’s Court to-day charged with manslaughter. At the conclusion of the evidence for the prosecution, 'Counsel for the accused submitted that a prima facie case had not been established, and His Worship (Mr T. A. Bailey) dismissed the information.
