Special .features of the October number aro the following items:—"R.S.A. News and Views"; "A. Visit to Rotoroa Island"; ''New Zealand Lifo and Colour" : '"Thincs Politicnl" ; "Memories of South Africa": "Are New Zealand Women TJ«?ly" P. and "When Americans were Learning the War Game." In addition to these interestirtc articles there is also a good fiction section, and items of special importance to the ex-soldier, as well as a number of special photosraphio reproductions. Tha editorial article is entitled, "Playing tho Game." rnd the publication is one of undoubted merit.
