AMERICAN WHEAT
PROCLAMATION TO GROWERS. (Received October 11th, 12.30 a.m.) NEW YORK, October 10th. Tho United States lyiioat Growers’ Association, with a membership of seventy thousand in Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Nebraska and South Dakota, have issued a proclamation, urging members to refrain from selling wheat after October 25th, until such time as tho price of good wheat rises to three dollars per bushel.
