In the House of Representatives, Mr Tudor moved an amendment on behalf of Mr Ryan, who is engaged on the election campaign, that the Queensland Judiciary Bill should bo withdrawn and replaced hy a bill giving power to the High Court to compel manufacturers and others to give the cost of production, manufacture, and shipping of goods, and show thoir profit on canital invested, and to provide penalties for the giving of false information or refusal to supply information. Mr Tudor added that company operations in tho last three years had shown the necessity for such legislation. Of 110 millions of share capital, 62 millions was actual capital; 124 millions was transferred profits, and 36 millions transferred otherwise than in cash. The debate was adjourned till Tuesday.
