Tire matter was referred to the executive. The financial statement' showed that the year had closed with -a • credit of. £lsl. The Homo Mission collections totalled £2214, self-denial receipts £597. The sum of £657 was expended in aiding smaller churches; £3OO had been placed in the reserve fund of the office guarantee fund, and £3OO had been spent in establishing - an office in Wellington; £1321 had been received on account of the sustentation fund, of which £240 was expended in subsidies to ministerial stipends; £IOOO had been placed on fixed deposit.
