CANADIAN INDUSTRY
INVESTMENTS BY AMERICANS. Australian and N.VS. Cable Association OTTAWA, October 7. It is announced that Americans are investing approximately 200 million dollars annually in Canadian industry and in provincial and municipal bonds. Americans hold 80 per cent, of 275 million dollars invested in the Canadian paper-pulp industry. It is alio announced that British linen interests have arranged plans to grow flax in Quebec.
