At the monthly "stop-work" meeting of the Seamen's Union at Wellington it was resolved, to protest against tho action of tho Minister for Marino in permitting the tug Theresa Ward to proceed from Bluff to Port Chalmers without taking out proper articles of agrceent, and also an alleged infringement of the manning scale of tho vossel. .
