LAWN TENNIS
THE GAME IN HOEOWHENUA. . The Levin Tennis Club opened its season on Saturday, when tho attendance ot both members and spectators, was much above the average. The membership is now abopt .k and in consequence a third court is being prepared. The following have been elected officers of the Ohau Tennis Club:—Patroness, Mrs N. Kirkcaldie; president, Mr T. Rowland: vice-presidents, Messrs H. Rowland and C. Saint; secretary. Miss E- McLeavey. A successful season is anticipated.
