The tribesmen were dispersed. The Istabulat station was attacked and burnt. An attack on the Sumeicha station wae repulsed. East of Mosul, Sierchi tribes seized Batas, and are now attacking tho garrison at Rowanduz. ' The _ garrison ,at Kingi-' bran is being relieved.
