BRITISH TROOPS PROTECT KAZYIN.

Advices from Teheran state that owing to the Tartar-Bolshevik occupation of Nakhelevan the Europeans aro preparing to evacuate Tabriz; although the province of Jlnzaudaran ia practically clear of the enemy. The Bolshetik threat to Teheran, on the Resht-Kazvin road, continues. The British troops are now in an excellent defensive position protecting Kazvin.
