COURT CASES IN ERROR. The Customs Department issued the following statement (called on and adjourned in Christchurch yesterday) : "Tho cases against Harry Tallerman and Edmund Russell Jones, importers, of Auckland,, have been withdrawn, as the department is fully satisfied that there was no intent of fraud, and that merely a technical breach of the Act was committed.
