DUCHESS'S COLLISION
INQUIRY TO BE HELD. A magisterial inquiry is to be held into the circumstances associated with tho recent mishap to the Eastbournw Borou©h Council's ferry steamer 'Duchess, when s\h« rammed the liner Ruahin© at the Queen's wharf during a dense fog. Nautical assessor* are now being selected to sit with the magistrate presiding over the inquiry.
