A record ciiowd at Old Traiford gave an ovation to Spooner. lieiwrts state that he scared with much of iiis fomirr brilliancy, and that there are great hopes for a full recovery. There are renewed rumours of the posibility of Hobbs declining to make the trip to Australia for bueimesa reasons.
