PRICE OF SUGAR

AUCKLAND FIRM TO BE PROSECUTED. Tho Prices Investigation Tribunal has been dealing with the cost of sugar to the public (says an Auckland Press Association telegram received last night), and a complaint was received that a local firm had-sold at a figure higher than the controlled price. An investigation was made, and the tribunal has recommended that a prosecution should bo laid. Several other complaints about tho price charged for sugar have been made, and these, together with several objections to the price of other commodities are now under investigation.
