THE NEW REGULATIONS. It may not be generally known that after a conference in Wellington recently, at which tho Prime Minister presided, it was stated that all restrictions on tho prico of bacon would be removed, but that the export of frozen pork, bacon, and ham would be prohibited, and also that tho import duty wpuld be remitted whero such supplies were secured from Australia.
