GERMANY'S DEBT
QUESTION OF ABILITY TO PAY. Australian and N.Z. Cable Association. PARIS, June 30. The newspaper "Le Journal” says the German delegates at Spa will inform the Allies that Germany is unable to pay more than 2000 million marks, owing to tfie Treaty depriving her of certain sources of revenue—-her fleet, colonies, and mineral resources.
