JUDGMENT SUMMONS. The following judgment summons cases wero dealt with, yesterday in the Magistrate’s Court; — 1 .Ernest Cunningham and George Cunningham -were ordered to pay B. It. Morrison, JB3I 11a 6d by July 22nd, in default fourteen days’ imprisonment; L. Hayes to pay Drivers Union M2 8s 6d by July 15th; H. Avery to pay G. C. Stagpoole, MU, ’ 7 s, costs Ml 10s 6d; P. Jeffries v. A. H. Lucas. .£1 10s. costa ss; G. Bradley v. Mrs G. Howard, 17s, costs only.
