POINTS FOR. DISPUTES COMMITTEE. A number of cases of variance between the Coal-workers' F-ederation and the mine-owners will be beard beforo a national disputes committee, which will sit in Wellington on Wednesday. It is alleged that in some instances the terms laid down in tho recent agreement with the miners arc not being adhered to, and that .as a result tho disputes committee will be a«ked to adjudicate in the matters brought up. If the parties fail to arrive at a settlement, the points of difference will probably be referred to the Prime Minister.
