Tho “fetwa” calls upon all Moslems to rally to- the Sultan’s -standard, and places ’the Nationalists under an interdict of tho faith. Another “fetwa” banning Bolshevism is expected to be issued in a few days. Danad Ferid Pasha, the Grand Vizier, has issued a communique bluntly asserting that tho Turkish people’s worst enemies are those who, tinder mask of Nationalism, would sacrifice the country to their personal ambitions.

■Tho “Dailv Telegraph’s” correspondent states that these pronouncements, while causing a civil war in Turkey, will give to tho Entente a now ally.
