WELLINGTON FREEZERS' UNION

ELECTION OF OFFICERS. By a ballot among3t members of the Wellington Freezing Works Employees' Union last week, Mr S. A.. Jarrett has been elected president for the ensuing year, and Mr M. J. Reardon, secretary, while Messrs L. Price and N. Nihill were elected councillors. Mr J. Taylor contested tho presidency against Mr Jarrett. Mr ltoardon was re-elected secretary by a large majority.
