VOCATIONAL TRAINING
POPULAR WITH SOLDIERS. That the vocational training work undertaken by the_ Defence Department is proving increasingly popular with the returned soldiers is shown by the progress statement as to the number of classes held by the department during February last. TTiio total number of soldiers in training according to the class rolls for February, is 1793, being an advance of 347 on the January figures, and the highest figure reached since the -voea.tional training scheme was inaugurated. -«,
