The Bjome-Grown Sugar Company, Ltd. with one million one. pound shares, has been formed under an arrangement with the Board of Agriculture to establish the sugar -beet mdustry as ah'" all-British enterprise. The Government' will" talvaT up a quarter of a million shares and also guarantee 5 per cent, interest until 1930 on public subscriptions up to a,-quar-ter of a million. The company takes over the British" Sugar Beet Growers’ Society. , .
