A SHARP ENCOUNTER
INDIANS DEFEATED. REPULSED IN BORDER FIGHTING Heutcr. (Received February 2S, 1.40 a.m.) DELHI, February 28. Kurram and Kurram militia had a Spirited encounter with two thousand Manuals and Indians from Khost, who attacked the Kurram border near Hakkteja. The invaders were entirely defeated, and lost 120 killed. Our losses were twenty villagers killed and wounded.
